Our Services

Inter-sector weaving

Our cross-cultural services include connecting, translating and mediating across sectors, languages, and cultures. We offer services in the area of cross-sector partner alliance, connecting funders to actual projects, and vice versa. We help provide customers access to partners they would otherwise not easily connect with. For example, we connect remote Indigenous communities with funding agencies, investors and projects.

Full project cycle execution

We offer services in the entire range of project management, from conceptualization and design to agenda setting, strategy, implementation, and evaluation. We help clients frame their key concerns and priorities in an intelligible way with a clearly described agenda, and we offer services of execution on the idea, from concept to completion, helping clients and partners realise their goals.

Fiscal strategy

We offer services to help clients generate, use, manage, and invest their funds, including developing their fundraising strategy. We help foundations and donors refine and target their philanthropic strategy. We also offer capacity building to Indigenous and local communities to enable them to seek and manage their finances (instead of relying on intermediaries). We also provide highly specialised guidance to corporate investors, offering strategies for aligning their vision and investment goals. Thanks to our services, clients are empowered to manage their finances and achieve their goals consistent with their ethics in a more informed, guided, and confident way.

Partner development

We offer capacity building in several practical skills areas, including personal, organisational, and community development; fundraising and marketing; sustainable design; traditional knowledge transmission; women’s empowerment; and asset management. We also offer team building and training in communities and organisations of any size and culture. We empower individuals, communities, and organisations with agency, providing them with the necessary tools and skills they need in the long term to be self-sufficient in managing their assets and projects.

Dissemination & outreach

As academic scholars, we offer services of up-to-date research on topics relevant to what our clients may need in order to strengthen their projects and strategies. We also offer services of focused expert opinion writing and analysis on our areas of expertise. Moreover, we offer services of organising events (meetings, workshops, conferences, retreats, etc). Clients who need to outsource for research and writing services can be confident that they are engaging university-level academics for highly quality output.
